Return & Refund Policy
At sifa.pk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Things, which have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- There shall be a 10% handling charge of the total price on all orders accepted for a refund.
- There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- The open parcel will not accept a return.
- All returns should be sent to 6/A, C-2, MM ALAM ROAD, GULBURG III, LAHORE, PAKISTAN.

- Usually, we’ll not offer refunds, but we can refund the customer in some cases.
- We will provide a gift card instead of a bank refund.
- Gift card could be used on website lifetime.
- The gift card could be redeemed on flagship stores.
- No cash Refund in any case.
- COD order can’t be refunded in the form of cash; it only can be refunded in form of gift card or exchange.
