1- How do I place an order and pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
• Create an account on our website. • Login Link: https://sifa-kfk.myshopify.com/account/login • Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to pay with Cash on delivery: • Click "Proceed to Checkout". • Fill in the “Contact Information". Click "Continue to Shipping Method". • Fill in the “Billing Information" and "Shipping Method" forms. • In the Payment Information form, “Cash on Delivery” will be selected by default. • To confirm your order click on “Complete Order”, note your Order Number, which will be provided to you at the "Thank You" page. • Your package will be delivered via courier before or on the expected delivery date. • Note: account creation is not compulsory to place the order.
2- How can I be sure that I've made my purchase?
• Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service. • Can I know what the status of my order is? • Yes. Click on the “Orders status" section in "YOUR ACCOUNT" and you will be able to track your order in real time.
3- What payment methods does SIFA accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted: Cash on Delivery option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash. Prepaid options for secure payment services allow for VISA and MasterCard to be used for payment. All your details and your data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption, once this feature is activated.
4- How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned back to us until the customer provides further instructions.
5- What are the benefits of signing up with you?
By signing up an account at www.sifa.pk you will be able to access and manage your account information easily. This includes: Checking your order status View your complete order history
6- What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.
7- Which countries does SIFA ship to?
SIFA ships worldwide.
8- How do I return or exchange an item?
We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product.
9- Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We do not offer any refunds. We do, however, give online store credit of equal value, which you can use to shop for something else at a later date. Please not that this is only applicable if you return the item within 7 days and it is not inclusive of shipping costs.
10- There is a fault with the product. What do I do?
